India taking lead at first post-Summit implementation talks

Building on the momentum of the Tiger Summit in St. Petersburg last year, the focus in the tiger range countries is now shifting to rapid implementation in 2011 of the Global Tiger Recovery Program. The National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), Global Tiger Forum (GTF), and Global Tiger Initiative (GTI) are officially launching the implementation phase in New Delhi March 28-30.
