Malaysia’s National Tiger Action Plan is not a draft. It was distributed in 2008, and was endorsed by Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister.
It is available here: http://www.malayantiger.net/web/Pdf files/National Tiger Action Plan for Malaysia.pdf
It would be great if this page could be updated, thank you!
